A bit longer tonight as the weather was cooler (over 90% humidity though). Did a run up to the bottom of Chai Wan Road hill in 22mins 38secs, not a huge effort in this weather. And then ran around the promenade area until I got to 11.7km in total. Took some water and a maple bacon Gu, then did a final 3.7km. Bit sore towards the end. Took a Rego afterwards, see how I feel tomorrow.
