Typhoon 3 signal up and part of the run blocked by vegetation. Did 3 laps up to Aldrich Bay and back. Mapmyrun says it's 3.56km per loop. Lap times of 16mins 35secs, 15mins 48secs and 15mins 33secs (with a 2mins 11secs break for water in the middle). Hard running for quite a lot of the time. 94% humidity but temperature a bit lower than previous weeks due to the rain.
