Tried to take it easy as legs a bit sore and I need to recover by Sunday. Felt better by the end and the shoes were feeling pretty good too. Did 3 laps - 15mins 33secs, 15mins 26secs and 15mins 21secs, then a last 600m in 2mins 55secs. Kept the pace low but I didn't think it was as slow as the Garmin says!
Shoes were good though, should be nice for the Wanchai Gap run on Saturdays.
