Notes
Second session - 4 lap times of 26:19, 26:38 and 26:43, with Sponsor gel and Amino Supli after every 4 laps. Then 1 lap more to get to 35km (6:42) and another 400m in 2:10. Miscounted the laps so did a bit more than planned.
Very pleased to get to 35km, especially after a DNF in the China Coast. This was with no taper, no carb-loading and wearing a long sleeve. With race preparation I think a bit quicker is possible and 42.2km will be ok.
Finished at 78.3kg.
