Nice day and not as cool as I thought it would be - long sleeve was over-dressed. This was a dismal effort - supposed to be a long run but I was stiff from the start and done before 10km. A carb drink didn’t seem to make much difference. Did a bit more later on the treadmill, but not enough for my 2022 target yet.
Need to get my body used to running in the mornings. Right now it is not.
