A PB for this course - 8mins 48secs to Bowen Road, Bowen Road 1st lap in 17mins 18secs (felt quick over last 1500m), 2nd lap in 18mins 1sec (started slower, picked up later), 6mins 34secs to HKCC (good running), 9mins 44secs to Happy Valley.
Good conditions - 17 degrees and humidity down at 30%, though quite windy. Shoes felt excellent, comfortable and light; real racers. Overall a great day for running and feels good to be running fast.
