Hard going. Long run along Bpwen Road - up to Bowen Road along Blue Pool Road, out and back 3 time, then back to Happy Valley. Took 2 V Fuel gels and a disgusting SIS caffeine gel. And some salt tablets. Enough to get me through but I had hit the wall and even a few more km would have been very very hard. Not encouraging.
