12 laps of Quarry Bay Park - 3 lap times of 13mins 38secs 13mins 23secs, 13mins 10secs and 12mins 47secs. Didn't plan to get faster but clearly was and slowing down felt very slow - quite encouraging. Then 1 lap of the jogging track in 2mins 51secs which is also quicker than I expected. So, got the 12km in.
