Expected a bit better but I gave it 100% and was drifting outside 90mins pace by after 7km. 7km was 29mins 46secs, 14km was 1hr 35secs and finished in 1hr 31mins 32secs. So getting a bit slower and really working hard on the last lap. Couldn’t do any more, or even do a cool down.
