Not an easy day for running - hot at the start and harder running after 6-7 laps. 5 lap times of 15mins 50secs and 15mins 49secs, then a last 3 laps of 9mins 14secs. Picked up at the end but tried to keep the pace slower to start (slower wasn't much easier).
