Out from opposite Blackhorse Lane to the end of the old Stevenage Road and back. Quite hard going out, in around 15mins 30secs, and then pushed hard on the return to get under 30mins. Closer to a maximum effort than a tempo run, especially the last 3km. Good substitute for the failed Parkrun.
