First run in new shoes. They were ok but a bit tight (especially considering these are supposed to be wide shoes), may need to change the lacing set up. Run was not good - tired legs, not up for it. Did 2 slow loops in 15mins 49secs and 15mins 33secs, then half a second lap in 6mins 27secs and a last 400m in 1min 51secs. And for today, that was enough.
