Excellent run. Did the full 32km and at a good pace too (helped a lot by JJFan pacing 24km). Excluding the 2 water/gel breaks the pace was around 4mins 34secs per km.
Lap times were 18mins 28secs, 19mins 20secs (a bit of talking at the start), 36mins 19secs (2 laps), 36mins 5secs (excluding a 1min 42secs water/gel break after 6km), 35mins 39secs (excluding a 51secs water/gel break after 6km).
Only took 2 gels, at 18km and 26km. Could have used 1 more though running was pretty comfortable until the last 3km. Good shoes; really need to stick to the lightweight neutral shoes for longer runs.
