After the underperformance on Thursday, it was back to basics today, in a good way. Dropped the speed to 9.7kph (6:13) and didn't take any recovery breaks. Yes, a full 3km run, and it was 3 km, not the additional bit, in 18.38.Legs were great, breathing no issue at all, and glad to get the full run goal in the bag.
