A few problems today. I must remember, (you'd think I would seeing I've been doing this for 40 odd years), that baby steps are vital when you are coming back from any type of layoff. It was a very hot day, and since the last session on Tuesday I had walked 20 plus Kms, and was feeling tired when I hit the gym. I tried to repeat the programme from the first two sessions, at a slightly higher speed, but the combination of heavy legs, and the heat, got to me, so I cut short the session
