Planned a nice easy run tonight after work. Ran an easy first km on the uphill climb to Rathgar, then increased the pace as I turned downhill and ran thru Harolds X to the Canal, and heading back to Rathmines and back home via Leinster Road. Splits show 5:33, 5:12, 5:08, 5:02 and 4:54, feeling comfortable and not pushing things.
