work out: 4-mile tempo around 5:45 pace.
2 mile warm up on the wellness track, got onto the woodway and did one more warm up mile but did it quicker about 6:15 pace to get the legs moving then went into the 4 mile tempo: 5:52, 5:46, 5:30, and 5:20. Was able to close decently hard for being on a treadmill. Then did a mile cool down on the treadmill and a mile on the track. Pretty good work out.
