Got home from camping and felt very sunburned very bug bitten and very overheated (I had tons of fun though!!) and sat on my bed for a moment to recover before I ran. Very good run considering my expectations!! Yay. Ran the first 3 miles without stopping woo hoooo
Here's a word of the day that I learned from my very Alabama roommate:
Poudunk: (pronounced poh-dunk) adjective that means small, middle of nowhere, usually describes a town. Ex: My roommate is from a poudunk town in the Alabama country where everybody knows everybody.
