COMMENTS: Treadmill run. Was a bit worried about running on back-back days, esp since leg was a bit sore this morning. Leg was a bit sore at the beginning, but went away after about a mile.

Feeling stronger now on runs. Strides were a bit tough to finish, but not as exhausted over the last 20 min.

15 min. - 2.05m (7:19 - 159/168)
20 min. - 2.33m (8:35 - 144/168)
