COMMENTS: What a difference it makes to run in 50 degree weather. I'm still not sure whether it's just the temps or I'm actually in better shape, but running a 8:00 mile has never felt easier. No knee pain and stopped twice only to adjust HRM. Great run! A little faster out because mile 2-5 downhill, but mostly pace was very comfortable and not much slower on uphills coming home.
