COMMENTS: Best 20 miler to date! Met up with GLRR for a run on the training course. Decided to do just a regular long run instead of a FF long run because of race next weekend. Got a great marathon course tour from Frank. Felt comfortable the whole run, despite the rain. Had some mild ITB discomfort from mile 13-17, and then that smoothed out. Did not feel the usual bonk I do on training runs around mile 16-17. Feeling very good.
