COMMENTS: RTB Leg 19
Tried to nap for about 2 hours, but didn't really work. Not much of a warm up and due to the extra fatigue, decided to keep the HR around 160 instead of 170. Very hilly and generally uphill leg. Tried to keep pace with another runner, but slowed down a bit over the last long hill. Otherwise, pace still felt comfortable, which is encouraging. Bizarre running in the dark.
