COMMENTS: Went with CK to Chris'. 15 min. warm-up on the bike then did the following:

Side plank (lift and leg raise), 10 per side

back bridge on ball (lift and leg raise), 10 per

back plank (leg raise), 10 per

front plank (single and double), 10 per

side plank ball (add/abd), 10 per

seated leg raise on ball, 10 per

push-up pos. on ball (leg raise), 10 per

single leg half squat (3 sides), 10 per, 2x10lb

balance beam, 12 per, 2x10lb

balance beam twist, 12 per, 10lb

plenty of stretching, a little yoga from Rodney Yee. Good stretching session.

Ate too much during dinner... fell asleep watching game.
