COMMENTS: Felt much better today. Legs were relatively pain free and no additional fatigue. Slept much better last night. Work-out was 4x5 min. @ 5:42 pace, with 4 min RI. Jogged about amile before and a mile after. Got some good stretching in after. Took muscle nitro 1 hour before work-out with 16oz of revenge pro.
