COMMENTS: Legs felt pretty good, but feeling a bit overtrained. Perhaps residual fatigue for the weekend celebrations. At 7.5 setting on treadmill, heart rate went up to 151, which is 20 over what it normally is at that pace. Need to get a good night sleep.
