Notes
Had some strawberries and raspberries for breakfast; ~1 mi warmup, almost continuous, w/ a few quick tempo bursts and dynamics. Finished about 5 mins before start. USE THIS WARMUP.
Didn't feel good at the start of the race, but I ended up PRing. I didn't even push myself that hard either! Today was a good race. I want to race again in about 2 weeks and get under 21. I could've definitely pushed myself harder today, but a PR is a PR, so I'm pretty happy.
Cooldown: ~0.35 miles; few light stretches.
