Pretty bad run tonight. Still fatigued from the last week, I guess. I'm not really sure. The workout was 4 x 1600m w/ 800m rec. and 3 x 200m with 200m rec. Just didn't feel good tonight. Also, my lower left leg is feeling much better, but I think I did something to my right calf. Oye vey man. Not a very good run tonight, but that's alright. Just one bad run.
