Notes

Kept it real easy and short tonight. Felt kind of stiff from Tuesday's workout, but my calf felt totally fine tonight, and my lower left leg is slowly but surely starting to feel better. Went in the hot tub for a bit afterwards, too, and that felt good. Also, I did some dynamic stretches after running to help loosen up a bit. Getting psyched for this race on Sunday.
