Terrible run tonight. Haven't slept well the past two nights, and I'm still tired/sore from my race. I need to run my intervals/other runs at SLOWER paces. Like, on McMillan, the "Endurance Monster" paces. Bad run. But, it helps keep me grounded from having an excellent race. Accomplished what I needed to tonight, though, so all is well. Took too many rests.
