Didn't run on hills today because I forgot that it was Sunday and I had to pay to get into vista view... Hell naw. Anyways, I finished my run and I'm really happy. I felt good for most of it until the last mile, but it was only a fatigue feeling, not injury. New longest run, so I can't be anything but happy.

AM Update: Didn't sleep at all last night. I have been reading a lot online and I'm finding that a lot of people don't sleep well the night after long runs, so I'm going to try to run my long runs earlier in the day now and see if that helps. This is only furthering my idea that a high intensity, moderate-low volume training schedule is what is best for me.
