1.4 mi. warm + 3 x (300m 200m 100m w/ 100m rec. + 400m between sets) + .5 mi. cool down
Warmup- dynamic + form drills + easy running
Cool down- very easy running + dynamic + form drills (form+dynamic included in total time, thats why it is so slow)
Hard workout tonight, but I ran well. I never stopped completely but I did take a 5 sec or so walk break twice. It was real tough. I'm definitely beginning to see improvement, though, so I'm very pleased. Good run tonight.
