Starting out some new stuff... Did 3200m In/out 100s. Fast 100s are run at around stride pace (no lactic acid buildup). Felt a bit tired from yesterday (HIIT yesterday), but it was still a solid workout and I finished it no problem. Also, strength circuit after the workout.
