Notes
Kept it very easy today. Haven't run for the past two days, but I'm not that upset over it. Tampa and other things have just gotten in the way. I'll probably run again later today. I really enjoyed running here. I did 15 mins easy, 5 min(20 on 10 off) and 11 mins easy. Felt very easy the whole way today, except, obviously, the HIIT. Didn't eat breakfast before; slept GREAT last night.
