SUPER nice run on the hudson tonight. about 65 degrees out, put on a light nike half-zip sweater and went for an easy run. was gonna take today off but the weather and skyline were way too nice to not go for at least a short jog. the usually faster easy paces (high 7's, low 8's) felt very easy still, so thats very cool. super awesome run, i needed a run like this to get myself restarted mentally - a great break from the nastiness and monotony of south florida.
