miles four and five were tough but I went ahead and ran mile six after a little walk - it just felt better than running. Break down (not completely accurate): mile 1/11:13. mile 2/10:22, mile 3: 9:06, mile 4/13:08, mile 5/10:51, mile 6/12:42.
getting out of tough days, running doesn't do everything but it helps.
