Notes
This was the one that was supposed to be a tempo run. I couldn't keep it up because I had no breath but tons of aches and stitches. So I decided to keep it easy and enjoyable. Rather than giving up this was showing me that I can at least run for fun on days when I don't feel like a full blown training session. Mile 1/1034; mile 2/9:30; mile 3/10:59. Plus 90 seconds of walking between.
Oh, and I was incredibly flexible when I did my post-run stretches. Seriously bendy.
