Easy run all the way (except sprinted up Selby). Heart rate no more than 133 at any point. I didn't have to stop at all. Is this because I'm fitter? I've done 3 x Body Attacks this week & went all-out in the last one. So, am I fitter because of B.A. (or because I do these slow, aerobic sessions?)

Recovery to 72 approx 20 mins.
Recovery to 64...approx 40 mins.
