Notes

I came across a free pass for the ARC's group fitness classes, so I used it with one called BodyAttack and oh man that was something new. It was an all-body workout where all the exercises were to the rhythm of loud pump-up music. I was underwhelmed until I got destroyed by the pushup section, and the rest of the strength from there was also pretty good. It was certainly more entertaining than but certainly doesn't replace an hour-long run, so we'll call today cross-training.
