FM squats: 3x10 @ (~160 lbs, 180lbs, 220lbs (maybe 240))
Normal squats: 1x10 @ 175lbs (stopped after tight/pained upper hips)
Deadlifts: 3x10 @ 95lbs
Calf raises: 4x20 @ 45lbs (didn't feel it too much)
Lunges: 4x20
Core:
FM crunches: 4x15 @ (30lbs, 45lbs x3)
F/S/S plank: 60/30/30s
Bicycles: 20 each
Lemon squeezers: 15 or 20
