Oof, this was a harsh reminder of how little speedwork I've done recently. I hit my times pretty well throughout (taking into account weaving between the hordes of distance runners), but the second half of each rep felt tougher than I was ready for, and I dropped the second 200 to be able to keep up. My body felt beat up by this relatively brief workout; I should improve over the next few weeks, but I'm definitely paying my debts for those missed workouts in 2018.
