Legs:

Squat: 3x12 @ 130lbs (good challenge, should try to go slower

SLRDL w/ KB: 3x8 @30lbs (a good weight! Not too much back strain)

Step-ups: 3x10 (3 blocks was a decent height that created a modest workout; I can go higher next time)
