Notes
Today I simulated my target 5K pace of 17:00, or 3:24 per 5K. It was definitely more challenging than I expected, as I only hit my time once, and it shows me that I've gotta prepare well for this race. There was a noticeable hill in the middle of each rep, but that wouldn't have affected more than a second or two.
After the workout, I jogged to the ARC and did some mobility.
