This started as a progression workout with a high school teammate, but after 2.2 miles from 7:00 to 5:45, my breathing gave out on me and I turned around. On the way back, I did two 3-4 min intervals at 6:15 pace with an easy pace in between. I still have a lot of progress to make in my fitness. Finished with core and mobility.
Also, my left shin is hurting for the third day in a row, so I chose against adding more easy mileages and I’m gonna start taking my stretching more seriously.
