Shaking the rust off with a solid road run and some strides. Ran 4mi, then 1mi of 200m strides, then about 1.5mi of recovery jog back home. My shoulders and back got sore pretty quickly which caused some stops in the run, so I likely need to stretch more thoroughly and use a roller before runs.
Also, I'm starting to log! I've had dreadfully low mileage these last two years and want to change that, so hopefully recording my workouts will encourage me to stay on top of it all.
