Notes

I tried out last week's fartlek workout and did legs and core afterward. The fartlek started strong yet difficult, but after the 4th my back started hurting and I had to stop. I think I'm still trying to figure out my workout paces, because I had no idea the first two were that fast and they probably shouldn't have been.
