Since it was my first tempo of the summer, I tried easing into the 20min workout by splitting it into 3x7 min, but my hips/glutes were so worn out from the last that I could only do two sets (nearly identical paces). Not a particularly great workout but it was something.

Larger picture, I really need to cement a regular and sufficient sleep schedule, since I've been cutting it short for much of the last couple weeks. I was incredibly worn out after yesterday's run, and even with 8.5 hours last night my body felt like it needed another hour. Irregular sleep times have also led to me missing a couple morning runs and then having too low of motivation to make it up in the evening. It's something I'll be working on the rest of the summer.
