Notes

I was initially planning to do mile repeats in preparation for next week's July 4th 5K and feel out my race pace, but after a tough 6:05 my body clearly wasn't ready for that (especially considering that I finished yesterday's run only 14 hours earlier), so it turned into a recovery run. Not the best feeling but it's done.
