Calf raises: 4x25 @ 52 lbs (not too hard)
Squats: 1x10 @ 110, 2x10@160 (kinda stiff from no warmup, still fairly challenging)
RDLs: 2x10 @ 110, 1x10 @ 120 (still too hard on my hands)
Lunges: 3x25 (pretty hard!)
