Notes
Today felt pretty bad. The workout was very fast, but I couldn't find much strength to keep up the speed. It's particularly frustrating because I'm reminded of how I could do 44s reps of 300s in high school without too much challenge, but given my inconsistent training, I know I can only blame that (well, that and the cold I've had the last few days). I'm taking my lifting and consistent running more seriously and hoping to pull out a good performance by the end of this semester.
