Joined my girlfriend for a run in the morning (~12:30 pace), then did this run in the evening, followed by upper body strength. I kept it easy and aimed for decent mileage, and while I've been sore since the end of the run it felt like a good one.
I also realized today that my sprained ankle from a few weeks ago is still swelling up after runs pretty significantly. Although I've been able to run on it with minimal problems, a lot of ice is likely in order to finish the healing.
